Participate in a study about
Sustainable Smart Garment Futures
I am looking for participants for a study on sustainable smart garment futures. The aim of the study is to investigate recycled smart garments in a Circular Economy context. In our research we are considering possible futures where individuals’ wellbeing will be monitored by smart garments that measure biometric data and immediate environmental data.
The study will last for two weeks and will take place in the participants' everyday life, without the researcher's presence. Participants will wear a smart garment that collects biometric and environmental data to reflect on their daily life. Additionally, there will be interviews with the participants at the beginning, middle, and end of the study.
We are seeking participants between the ages of 18 and 70 who reside in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area and that can communicate in English or Spanish. It is important that participants are healthy psychologically due to the in-development nature of the prototype. All interested individuals are welcome to contact me for more information on how to participate.
Participants will receive 100 euros of monetary compensation for taking part in the study. Participation is voluntary, and participants have the right to withdraw from the study at any time. The data collected by the study will be used solely for academic purposes and will be kept confidential.
If you are interested in participating, please, fill up this short sign up form.
